Welcome to the MOSI multimodal model products and services!
MOSI multimodal model products and services (also referred to as "MOSI Products" or the "Products") are the websites, clients, mobile applications, mini programs, API platforms, and other service forms through which Shanghai Mosi Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. ("we" or the "Company") lawfully owns and operates multimodal AI generation and processing services. Where a user ("you") uses a MOSI Product provided to you by us or an affiliate that has its own separate privacy policy, the corresponding privacy policy applies; where no separate privacy policy has been established for a MOSI Product, this Privacy Policy also applies to that MOSI Product.
Please note that when an end user accesses a downstream system or application developed by a developer using our open platform services, the rules governing the processing of the personal information collected from that end user are outside the scope of this Privacy Policy. The developer operating that application, as the personal information processor of that processing activity, should disclose the relevant personal information protection rules to the end user. If you access a third-party webpage, product, or service through a link in a MOSI Product, that third party, as the personal information processor, should disclose its relevant personal information protection rules to you, and you are protected by and bound by the personal information protection rules disclosed by that third party.
To facilitate your registration for and use of the Products and services, we may collect and use information relating to you ("Personal Information"). We fully understand the importance of Personal Information to you and will make every effort to protect your Personal Information and privacy security.
We will protect your Personal Information and privacy security in accordance with laws and regulations and with reference to industry best practices. We have formulated this Privacy Policy and specifically remind you: please read and understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using the MOSI Products and related services, so that you can make appropriate choices.

I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
We collect and use your Personal Information in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, propriety, necessity, and good faith, and for explicit and reasonable purposes. Except for information necessary to realize basic business functions or to fulfill obligations under laws and regulations, you may refuse to provide the relevant information; however, such refusal may prevent you from using the corresponding functions, without affecting your use of other functions that do not rely on that information. You may refer to the Personal Information Collection List to quickly and easily understand the scenarios in which we collect Personal Information, the purposes of collection, and the specific data types.

1.1 Account Services
1.1.1 Account Registration and Login
To help you register for, log in to, and use the MOSI multimodal model products and services, we will collect and use necessary account information based on the product version you use, your access region, the service site, and the login methods displayed on the page.

When you use the mainland China services or the mobile-number registration/login method displayed on the page, you need to provide us with your mobile number. We will use this mobile number to send you SMS verification codes for completing account registration, login, identity verification, account security protection, and necessary service notifications.

When you use the overseas services or the email registration/login method displayed on the page, you need to provide us with your email address. We will use this email address to send you verification codes or service notifications for completing account registration, login, identity verification, account security protection, and necessary service communications.

When you choose to log in with a third-party account, such as Google, we will, after obtaining your authorization, obtain from the third-party account service provider the necessary account information that you authorize it to share, such as the third-party account identifier, email address, avatar, and nickname. The specific scope of information obtained is subject to what is displayed on the third-party authorization page and what you actually authorize. We collect the above information to help you quickly complete registration, login, account binding, and identity identification. If you refuse to authorize third-party account information, you may not be able to log in with that third-party account, but this will not affect your use of the related services through other login methods we provide.

After registration and login, you can set up and complete your account information (avatar, nickname, linked third-party accounts, etc.). You acknowledge and agree that your avatar and nickname may be displayed publicly in the Products.
1.1.2 Identity Verification
When you use identity verification functions or related services, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and to protect the account security of you or other users, we may collect your real identity information (such as your mobile number) to complete necessary identity verification. You may refuse to provide it; if you refuse, you may not be able to access the related services, but this will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
Note: We do not currently require you to complete real-name verification using a government-issued ID. If we need to provide real-name verification functions in the future based on laws, regulations, or business needs, we will notify you separately and obtain your consent in accordance with the law (where required).
1.2 Content Generation Services
We provide you with AI content generation services (such as text generation, image generation, audio generation, and video generation) based on generative artificial intelligence ("AI") model technology. To provide you with the services, we collect the text, images, audio, video, and other source materials/instructions that you actively choose or input, for the purposes of completing generation tasks, displaying history records, troubleshooting problems, ensuring service security, conducting content safety review, and improving service experience.
In particular, when you use the content generation functions:
(1) We strongly recommend and request that you do not input Personal Information that can identify you or others when using our services, because such Personal Information is not information that we must collect.
(2) If your input content contains the Personal Information of others, please make sure to obtain their lawful authorization before providing such information, so as to avoid improper use or disclosure of others' information.
(3) When you use the content generation services to process or produce audio materials, we may analyze the vocal feature points contained in your input content to assist you in using the services, but we will not use such information to identify a specific natural person.
(4) You must not use new technologies and applications such as deep learning, virtual reality, or generative AI to produce, upload, copy, transmit, or disseminate false news or other information content prohibited by laws and regulations, nor misrepresent synthetic content as natural content. When publishing or disseminating non-authentic information produced using new technologies and applications such as deep learning, virtual reality, or generative AI, you must label it in a conspicuous manner; otherwise, we have the right to take measures against the relevant content and account, including but not limited to adding labels, imposing restrictions, or imposing bans.
1.3 System Permissions
To realize specific functions, we may apply to you for system permissions when you use the corresponding functions. You may choose to allow or refuse; after refusal, you may not be able to use the related functions, but this will not affect your use of other functions. Permission names may vary across different terminals, system versions, and product forms; the specific names are subject to the system prompts and product pages.

1.4 Payment Services
When you purchase credits, quotas, subscriptions, resource packages, paid models, or other paid services, we may collect your bank card type and card number, third-party payment account information (such as your Alipay account, subject to the payment methods provided by the Products and actually used by you), and order payment information. Bank card-related information is sensitive Personal Information and is information necessary for the payment function; refusing to provide it will prevent you from using that function, but will not affect the normal use of other functions.
You may apply to us for an invoice for paid services you have ordered. Depending on the type of invoice you apply for, we will collect and use one or more of the following: email address, invoice title (personal name or entity name), entity taxpayer number, entity address and telephone number, bank name and account number, supporting documents for special VAT invoices, and proof of an entrusted relationship. If you refuse to provide the above information or the information provided is incorrect, we will not be able to issue an invoice for you; you may correct, supplement, or resubmit the correct and necessary information.
1.5 Feedback
When you make inquiries, provide feedback, file complaints, or discuss business cooperation with us, we may collect/retain your name, contact information, email address, phone number, WeChat account, and other information related to the communication (including account information, feedback content, and other information you provide to prove relevant facts), for the purposes of contacting you, verifying issues, handling complaints, providing support, improving the Products, and advancing cooperation. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with the relevant processing results in a timely manner.
1.6 Service Security
To ensure account security, service stability, content security, transaction security, and operational quality, we may collect device information, browser information, operating system version, device identifiers, IP address, network status, language settings, access time, click records, feature usage records, generation task status, error logs, crash logs, performance data, risk control records, violation records, and other information, for the purposes of identity verification, risk identification, anti-fraud, content security, troubleshooting, statistical analysis, and security auditing.
1.7 Model Optimization
On the premise that secure encryption, de-identification, or anonymization has been applied and specific individuals cannot be re-identified, we may analyze input content, output content, user feedback, usage behavior, task status, performance data, and the like, for the purposes of model training, model optimization, product experience improvement, security assessment, effectiveness evaluation, troubleshooting, internal auditing, and data research.
If you do not want us to continue using all or part of the content you have authorized, you may notify us to withdraw the corresponding authorization through the methods stated in the "Contact Us" section of this Privacy Policy.
1.8 Generated Content Safety Review
To fulfill the requirements related to generative AI services, deep synthesis services, and the labeling of AI-generated and synthetic content, we may conduct machine or manual review of your input content, output content, generation tasks, and publishing/exporting behavior, and may add explicit labels, implicit labels, metadata, and other rights management information to the output content.
When we detect violations of laws or regulations, infringement, abuse, review evasion, or other risks, we may take measures such as refusing generation, adding warnings, taking down or deleting content, reporting to the competent authorities, or cooperating with investigations.
1.9 Exceptions to Authorized Consent
Please understand that, in the following circumstances, we are not required by laws and regulations to obtain your authorized consent to collect and use your Personal Information:

Where it is necessary to enter into or perform a contract at your request;

Where it is related to our performance of obligations prescribed by laws and regulations;

Where it is directly related to national security or national defense security;

Where it is directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;

Where it is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;
-
Where it is necessary to protect the life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests of you or others, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned;

Where we process, within a reasonable scope, Personal Information that you have made public yourself or that has otherwise been lawfully made public;
-
Other circumstances prescribed by laws and regulations.
Please note that when information cannot, either alone or in combination with other information, identify your personal identity, it is not your Personal Information in the legal sense; only when information can identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, or when we combine data that cannot be linked to any specific Personal Information with your other Personal Information, will such information be processed and protected as your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.10 Open Platform/API Services
When you register for, authenticate, or use our open platform, APIs, developer console, enterprise administration backend, or other services, we may collect and use the following information according to the specific service scenario:
(1) Developer/enterprise account authentication information: To provide you with open platform/API services, complete account authentication, enable permissions, verify identity, and manage security, we may collect your developer account information, real name, mobile number, email address, ID number, and other necessary identity information. If you authenticate on behalf of an enterprise or use an enterprise account, we may collect the enterprise name, unified social credit code, authentication materials, and the names and contact information of the enterprise's legal representative, enterprise contact person, or administrator. The ID numbers and similar items in the above information may constitute sensitive Personal Information, and you may refuse to provide them; if you refuse, you may not be able to use the open platform/API services or the related authentication functions, but this will not affect your use of other functions and services that do not rely on such information.
Note: The open platform/API services do not currently require personal real-name verification or enterprise entity verification; if we need to provide real-name verification functions in the future based on business needs, we will notify you separately and obtain your consent in accordance with the law (where required).
(2) Open platform/API usage information: To realize API calls, permission management, quota management, billing and settlement, service operations and maintenance, security risk control, troubleshooting, dispute resolution, and the performance of obligations under laws and regulations, we may collect and use your API Key, call records, call times, models called, request status, Token/quota consumption, error logs, bills, orders, transaction information, and the like.
(3) Service notifications and commercial information: To send you feature updates, product notifications, security alerts, billing notifications, service change notifications, commercial information, or event information related to the open platform/API services, we may collect and use your mobile number, email address, or other contact information. For commercial information, we will provide you with a means to unsubscribe or turn it off in accordance with the law.
The above collection and processing of Personal Information applies only to scenarios in which you register for, authenticate, or use the open platform/API services; if you do not use such services, the above data collection and processing activities are not involved.
II. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies, pixel tags, device identifiers, browser local storage, and similar technologies are commonly used in Internet services. We may use such technologies to maintain your login status, recognize your identity as our registered user, retain other information you provide to us, ensure the security of services, accounts, and transactions, prevent misappropriation and fraud, record your preference settings, compile visit statistics, troubleshoot failures, and improve access speed and service experience.
You can manage, refuse, or clear Cookies through your browser or device settings. After clearing them, you may need to log in again, and some functions that rely on Cookies may not work properly.
III. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
3.1 Sharing
3.1.1 Principles
a. Principle of lawfulness: Data processing activities must comply with the principle of lawfulness, have a lawful purpose, and conform to a statutory basis of legitimacy. If a partner's use of information no longer complies with the principle of lawfulness, it must cease using your Personal Information, or resume use only after obtaining the corresponding basis of legitimacy.
b. Principle of propriety and minimum necessity: Data use must have a legitimate purpose and be limited to what is necessary to achieve that purpose.
c. Principle of security and prudence: We will prudently assess the purposes for which partners use data, evaluate their security assurance capabilities, and require them to comply with the cooperation agreements. We conduct security monitoring of the software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) through which partners obtain information, so as to protect data security.
3.1.2 Entrusted Processing
For scenarios involving entrusted processing of Personal Information, we will sign relevant processing agreements with the entrusted partners in accordance with the law and supervise their Personal Information use activities.
3.1.3 Joint Processing
For scenarios involving joint processing of Personal Information, we will sign relevant agreements with the partners and stipulate the respective rights and obligations of each party, so as to ensure compliance and security.
3.1.4 Cooperation Scenarios
Where specific functions and scenarios involve services provided by affiliates or third parties (such as SMS verification codes, order payment, statistical analysis, content security, and cloud services), we will share information only to the extent necessary to realize the functions and will use de-identification and other methods to reduce risks wherever possible.
The main categories of partners are as follows:
A. SMS service providers: To send you the SMS verification codes required for account registration, login, and identity verification, we share your mobile number with China Mobile, China Telecom, or China Unicom (the information is processed by the corresponding carrier according to the carrier to which your mobile number belongs).
B. Content safety review service providers: To ensure that the content (text, images, audio, and video) you input and generate on the MOSI platform complies with the requirements of laws and regulations, we will share the above content with the entrusted third-party content review service provider (Beijing Shumei Technology Co., Ltd.) for machine review, so as to identify non-compliant, illegal, and risky content.
C. Statistical analysis service providers: To compile statistics on product usage and analyze service quality and effectiveness, we may share device information, IP addresses, access logs, and usage behavior data (after de-identification) with Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.
D. Payment service providers: To complete order settlement, we will share your payment account information and order information with the corresponding payment service providers. We do not directly store your complete payment credential information; the relevant information is processed by each payment platform in accordance with its own privacy policy.
E. Cloud service providers: To provide basic cloud computing resources such as servers, storage, and networks, your relevant data will be stored on Alibaba Cloud's cloud infrastructure, and the provider will process the relevant data in accordance with its data processing agreement with us.
The above cooperation constitutes routine data sharing only. The MOSI Products do not currently integrate any third-party SDKs; if any third-party SDK is integrated in the future, we will make a public announcement.
3.1.5 Data Use for Realizing Functions or Services
To realize product promotion and related analysis services, and to optimize and improve the effective reach of promotions, the Products' promotion partners may need to use your de-identified or anonymized device, network, and channel information, as well as conversion data.
Promotion partners may combine the above information with other data they have lawfully obtained to optimize promotion effectiveness. We will require them to use the information in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, propriety, and necessity, so as to ensure that your lawful rights are not infringed.
3.1.6 Information Provided for Security and Statistical Analysis
Ensuring usage security: We attach great importance to account, service, and content security. To protect the accounts and property of you and other users, and to protect your and our legitimate rights and interests from unlawful infringement, our partners may use your necessary device, account, and log information.
Analyzing product performance: To analyze the usage and performance of our Products, our partners may need to use information such as product usage (crashes and unexpected exits), device identifiers, and overall application installation and usage.
3.2 Transfer
If we need to transfer Personal Information due to merger, division, asset transfer, dissolution, declaration of bankruptcy, or other reasons, we will inform you of the name and contact information of the recipient and require it to continue performing its obligations under this Privacy Policy. If the recipient changes the original purpose or method of processing, it will seek your consent again.
3.3 Public Disclosure
We will not proactively disclose information that you have not made public yourself, unless in compliance with national laws and regulations or with your consent. When we disclose your Personal Information, we will adopt security protection measures that meet industry standards. However, when publishing penalty announcements against violating users or fraudulent conduct, we may proactively disclose the relevant users' account information.
3.4 Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account. You may delete your account through "Personal Center - Account Deletion" in the Products, or by contacting us as described in Section IX of this Privacy Policy. Before you delete your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, property settlement status, device information, and the like. We will process your application promptly after receiving it and respond to your request within fifteen working days or the time limit required by laws and regulations. You acknowledge and understand that account deletion is irreversible. Once you delete your account, we will delete your relevant information or anonymize it, and you will not be able to recover the Personal Information or other content associated with the account, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or relevant national standards.
3.5 Exceptions to Consent for Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Personal Information
In accordance with laws and regulations, your consent is not required for sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your Personal Information in the following circumstances:

Where it is necessary to enter into or perform a contract at your request;

Where it is necessary to perform statutory duties or legal obligations;

Where it is directly related to national security or national defense security;

Where it is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;

Where it is necessary to respond to a public health emergency, or to protect the life, health, or property of a natural person in an emergency;

Where Personal Information is processed within a reasonable scope for news reporting, public opinion supervision, or other acts in the public interest;

Where Personal Information that you have made public yourself or that has otherwise been lawfully made public is processed in accordance with relevant legal provisions;

Other circumstances prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.
IV. How We Store Personal Information
4.1 Storage location: We store within China the Personal Information collected and generated during our operations within the People's Republic of China. If we need to provide Personal Information to overseas recipients in the future due to business needs, we will perform the corresponding procedures as required by laws and regulations and obtain your separate consent where necessary.
4.2 Retention period: We retain your Personal Information only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and within the retention periods required by laws and regulations. For different types of information, such as generation records, uploaded materials, output content, logs, transaction records, and complaint and report records, the retention period may vary depending on functional, compliance, security, financial, and dispute-handling needs; the specific period is subject to the descriptions on the product pages or the requirements of laws and regulations.
4.3 When you delete your account or proactively delete relevant information, when the processing purpose has been achieved or is no longer necessary, or when the retention period expires, we will delete, destroy, or anonymize your Personal Information as required by laws and regulations, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or necessary for performing compliance obligations, handling disputes, or ensuring security, finance, audit, or other purposes.
4.4 If the Products or related services cease operation, we will notify you in accordance with the law through announcements, in-product messages, emails, SMS, or other reasonable means, and will delete, destroy, or anonymize your Personal Information within the time limit required by laws and regulations, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
V. How We Protect the Security of Personal Information
We will endeavor to adopt reasonable security measures (including technical and management measures) to protect your Personal Information and prevent it from being improperly used or accessed, disclosed, modified, damaged, lost, or leaked without authorization.
That said, please understand that the Internet environment is not 100% secure. We strongly recommend that you take proactive measures to protect the security of your Personal Information, such as not disclosing verification codes to others and not using the services in an unsafe environment.
In the unfortunate event of a Personal Information security incident, we will, as required by laws and regulations, promptly inform you of: the cause of the security incident, the harm it may cause, the types of Personal Information involved, the handling measures we have taken or will take, and the recommendations and measures you can take to prevent and mitigate risks on your own. We will promptly notify you of the relevant circumstances of the incident by email, SMS, phone call, or push notification; where it is difficult to notify each data subject individually, we will publish an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner. At the same time, we will also proactively report the handling of the Personal Information security incident to the regulatory authorities as required. Please note that, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, if the measures taken can effectively prevent the harm caused by information leakage, tampering, or loss, we may not notify you.
VI. How You Manage Your Personal Information
In accordance with the law, you enjoy the right to know, the right to decide, the right of access, the right to copy, the right to correct, the right to supplement, the right to delete, the right to withdraw consent, the right to delete your account, and the right to lodge complaints and reports with respect to your Personal Information, as well as the right to request the transfer of your Personal Information where the conditions prescribed by laws and regulations are met.
6.1 Access, copying, correction, and supplementation: You may access, copy, correct, or supplement your account information through the "Personal Center" in the Products, or submit a request to us through the contact methods described in the "Contact Us" section of this Privacy Policy.
6.2 Deletion: You may delete certain history records, uploaded materials, generation results, or other information for which the Products provide a deletion entry. You may also apply to us to delete your Personal Information in circumstances such as where we process Personal Information in violation of laws, regulations, or our agreements with you, where you withdraw consent, where you delete your account, or where the processing purpose has been achieved or is no longer necessary.
6.3 Withdrawal of consent and permission management: You may turn off permissions such as camera, microphone, photo album, and notifications through your device system settings, or withdraw your consent to the processing of certain Personal Information through the product settings or by contacting us. After you withdraw consent, we will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding functions, but this will not affect the validity of the Personal Information processing activities carried out based on your consent before the withdrawal.
6.4 Account deletion: You may apply to delete your account through the "Personal Center - Account Deletion" entry in the Products, or as described in Section IX "Contact Us" of this Privacy Policy. To protect account and property security, we will verify your identity and confirm the account's security status, property settlement status, device information, and the like before you delete it. We will process your application promptly after receiving it and respond within 15 working days or the time limit required by laws and regulations. Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Upon completion of the deletion, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Information, and your account, history records, benefits, credits, quotas, orders, generated content, and the like may not be recoverable, so please proceed with caution, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or necessary for performing compliance obligations. You may apply to delete your account through the "Personal Center – Account Deletion" entry in the Products or by contacting us. After your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Information, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or necessary for performing compliance obligations. After deletion, your account, history records, benefits, credits, quotas, orders, generated content, and the like may not be recoverable, so please proceed with caution.
6.5 Response period: To ensure security, we may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the time limit required by laws and regulations after receiving your request and completing the necessary identity verification; under normal circumstances, we will process or provide feedback within 15 working days.
